Just south of the Chicago Brown Line El stop, west side of the tracks, on the side of a building there is a black sign with white letters that lists a bunch of names (I only see it from the train and I don't know the cross streets). Why are those names listed on the sign? What order are they in? Who created the list and when? At first I assumed they were all famous Chicagoians, but then my sister pointed out that Jesus Christ was NOT from Chicago.\
Most importantly, why is one name blacked out? What did the person who was removed do to warrant such punishment?!?!?
