how is it possible that the city still uses most of the public buildings that were built over 100 years ago, such as schools and fire houses and is unable to update most of them given that the city collects more revenue than in the past.I began to think about this while listening to the weather reports and concerns that children are in schools with no A.C during the extreme heat advisory we are in.
